By accessing and using Nova's WordPress hosting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Nova provides WordPress hosting services including but not limited to web hosting, domain management, SSL certificates, backups, and technical support. The specific services included in your package are detailed in your service agreement.
• Design investment fees are non-refundable and due upon agreement execution
• Monthly hosting fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are subject to applicable taxes
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• We strive for 99.9% uptime availability
• Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance
• Support response times vary by service tier
• Backup frequency and retention periods are package-dependent
You agree not to use our services for:
• Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
• Spam, malware, or other malicious activities
• Resource abuse that impacts other customers
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized content distribution
We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. We implement industry-standard security measures and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Nova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to retrieve your data before permanent deletion. Refunds are not provided for prepaid services except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
