Managed WordPress Hosting

Isolated WordPress hosting on Kubernetes, operated by Nova with OpenLiteSpeed server-side caching, automated full-site backups, coordinated migration, and SEO workflows on managed plans.

How managed delivery works

Your dashboard shows Nova’s ten-stage build pipeline. Nova updates the delivery stages; most stages involve team work rather than automatic deployment.

  1. 01

    Scope and intake

Nova confirms the site, credentials, plan, migration scope, and delivery requirements with you.

  2. 02

    Stage and configure

The team imports or builds the site, configures the managed environment, and updates the dashboard delivery stage.

  3. 03

    Review and approve

You review the staged site and approve it before subscription activation and DNS cutover.

  4. 04

    Launch and operate

Nova coordinates the cutover, operates the hosting environment, and performs plan-specific managed work.

FAQ

What does Nova manage?

Nova manages the WordPress hosting environment, coordinates delivery and updates, runs periodic full-site backups, and provides human support with plan-specific response targets.

Does each WordPress site autoscale?

No. Sites use one tenant pod by default. The cluster node pool can add capacity, while multi-pod tenant scaling is configured only after Nova validates the workload.

Does Nova provide a CDN?

No. Nova currently uses OpenLiteSpeed server-side page caching, compression, and optimized WordPress execution at the origin.

What SEO work is included?

Managed plans bundle selected keyword research, AI-assisted content briefs, keyword maps, internal-link suggestions, and ranking analytics according to the plan. Self-Managed does not include done-for-you SEO.

How do backups and restore work?

Nova creates periodic full-site backups in Google Cloud Storage, lists available backups, and supports full-site restore. Backup objects expire after 90 days; continuous snapshots and point-in-time restore are not offered.

What uptime commitment applies?

Nova publishes a 99.9% uptime SLA for WordPress hosting with service credits. Support response targets vary by plan.
