Refund Policy

Every Nova subscription, both self-serve (Insights Pro, Nova Hosting) and managed (Scale, Momentum, Infinite, Synergy), carries a 30-day money-back guarantee on monthly subscription fees.

• If you cancel within 30 days of your subscription starting, we refund every monthly fee you have paid, in full.

• For managed plans, the 30 days count from the day your recurring subscription activates (at go-live), not from the day you pay the Concierge Build.

• After 30 days, cancellation stops future renewals but past fees are not refunded.

Managed plans start with a one-time Concierge Build fee ($1,499–$5,999 depending on the plan) covering custom design, content setup, migration, and launch by our team.

• Refundable in full until your build starts. If you change your mind before our team begins work on your site (the first build stage moving to “in progress” in your dashboard pipeline), we refund the entire fee.

• Once the build has started, the fee is non-refundable. It pays for design and development work that is already underway.

• If we fail to deliver your build, you are entitled to a full refund of the Concierge Build fee regardless of stage.

Insights Pro and Nova Hosting have no setup fee. Cancel anytime from Account → Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and within the first 30 days the money-back guarantee above applies.

Email contact@nova.host from your account email with the subject “Refund request”. We confirm within 2 business days and refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, processed through Stripe.
