Built and Proven on Our Own Platform
Nova's own hosting business runs on a production multi-tenant Kubernetes platform on GKE. It uses redundant Traefik ingress controllers, per-tenant namespace isolation, readiness and liveness probes, and resource requests and limits. cert-manager manages TLS certificates.
The platform records compute usage for cost attribution and scaling recommendations. WordPress sites receive automated backups stored in Google Cloud Storage.

What is included in a managed infrastructure engagement?
Nova can help operate Kubernetes infrastructure in your own cloud account, including workload manifests, ingress, TLS, health probes, resource boundaries, cost attribution, and scaling recommendations. The exact operating model is defined for each engagement.
Can you improve infrastructure that already exists?
Yes. We can assess an existing GKE or Kubernetes environment, review workload configuration and resource usage, and improve it in controlled stages without forcing an unnecessary rebuild.
Do we have to use Kubernetes?
No. Kubernetes is appropriate for some workloads, not a default requirement. We first review the application and the client's existing cloud environment before recommending an operating approach.
Does Nova work alongside an internal engineering team?
Yes. We can own the infrastructure function or work as an extension of your engineers. In either model, changes remain visible and reviewable, documentation stays with the system, and your team is included in operational decisions.
Can Nova build the application as well as support its infrastructure?
Yes. Our custom software development service covers product discovery, application development, integrations, and ongoing maintenance. Infrastructure support can be provided in the client's own cloud account; Nova Custom Apps hosting is currently limited to staging and internal use.
