Built and Proven on Our Own Platform
Nova's own hosting business runs on a production multi-tenant Kubernetes platform on GKE. It uses Traefik v3 ingress with a WAF middleware chain, per-tenant namespace isolation, and automated encrypted backups to Google Cloud Storage. cert-manager and Let's Encrypt manage TLS certificates.
Prometheus and Grafana work alongside Cloud Monitoring for observability, while Redis supports job queues and pub/sub. CI/CD pipelines deploy application and platform changes to GKE through controlled, repeatable workflows.
A senior engineer designed, built, and operates this platform. The same discipline and practical stack inform our client engagements: it is not theory; it runs Nova's multi-tenant hosting business today.

What is included in managed infrastructure hosting?
Nova designs the cloud architecture, codifies it, hosts the application, manages deployments, monitors the systems, maintains backups, and handles ongoing operational work. The exact operating model is shaped around your application and team during discovery.
Can you improve infrastructure that already exists?
Yes. We can assess an existing GCP or AWS environment, identify operational and cost risks, introduce infrastructure as code, and improve it in controlled stages. We prioritize changes that reduce risk without forcing an unnecessary rebuild.
Do we have to use Kubernetes?
No. Kubernetes is appropriate for some workloads, not a default requirement. We recommend the simplest architecture that meets the application's reliability, security, deployment, and scaling needs, whether that is Kubernetes, managed containers, virtual machines, or platform services.
Does Nova work alongside an internal engineering team?
Yes. We can own the infrastructure function or work as an extension of your engineers. In either model, changes remain visible and reviewable, documentation stays with the system, and your team is included in operational decisions.
